SaltPort Group LLC ("SaltPort," "we," "us," or "our") is a Maine limited liability company that operates short-term and long-term rental properties in coastal and urban Maine, including Laughton House & Cottages in New Harbor and a residential building on Grant Street in Portland.

As a guest: by providing your mobile telephone number during the reservation process on a third-party booking platform (such as Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com), or directly to SaltPort
As a vendor or contractor: by providing your mobile telephone number when engaged to provide services to SaltPort
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on operational needs. Guests typically receive a small number of messages related to a specific stay; vendors and contractors receive messages as needed for service coordination.
Costs
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. SaltPort does not charge you for receiving SMS messages.
Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent. You may also opt back in by replying START.

Mobile Information Privacy
We do not share or sell mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in information with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. Specifically:
Reservation and booking records: retained for a minimum of seven (7) years to comply with tax, accounting, and lodging-tax requirements
